Legroom breakdown
Every figure marked as measured, industry average, or estimated. Nothing printed we cannot back up.
We find the work eating your team’s week and build the automated workflows that free you up to do what matters.
The free breakdown · 15 minutes · yours to keep
Fifteen minutes on how work actually moves through your business. We find the most expensive thing your team is doing by hand, put a dollar figure on it out loud, and tell you what we would automate first.
One short call. How a job gets from first call to paid, where it jams, and who it lands on.
Your volume, your close rate, industry benchmarks. Sources shown, assumptions labeled, nothing hidden.
The two automations worth building first, ranked, with the numbers behind them. Yours either way.

The one page. Your numbers, ready to act on.
What you’ll get
Yours to keep whether we work together or not.
Proof, not promises
Not a new agency riding a trend. Seven years of growth work, and we were putting AI to work for clients before it made the news.

The promise
Everything we build comes with a before and after. Hours in, hours out, dollars attached. If the number is not real, we do not print it.
15+ HOURS
Per person, on the first process we automate. That is four to six thousand a month in payroll spent doing work a system should be doing.
+35%
What we target once the first system is live and leads stop leaking. Your breakdown sizes it against your real volume before anyone builds anything.
30 DAYS
First system live and measured inside a month. You see the before and after in your own numbers, not ours.
These are ranges from work we have done, not guarantees. Your breakdown replaces every one of them with your numbers, pulled from your site, your volume, your market.
Questions owners ask
Most AI tools fail in small businesses for the same reason: someone buys a subscription, nobody has time to set it up, and it never becomes part of how the work actually gets done. We don’t hand you a tool. We build the system inside your business, run it for three weeks, and fix what breaks before you commit to more.
You won’t know from a sales pitch, so we don’t give one. We start with a free 15-minute call about how work moves through your business, from a customer’s first call to the day you get paid. We find the most expensive thing your people do by hand and tell you what it costs. If there’s real money in it, you’ll hear the number. If not, we’ll say so.
The first call is free. The first automation is $3,000, one time. For that we build one system in a week, run it inside your business for three weeks, and measure what it saved you in hours and dollars. If it worked, we agree on what to build next and what that costs per month, in writing, before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons.
Four weeks from the day we start. One week to build the first automation, three weeks running it inside your business while we watch the results. At the end you get a written report: hours saved, dollars saved, what went wrong and what we fixed. You see it in your own numbers, not ours.
You decide. If the first one paid for itself, we agree on what to build next and a flat monthly price, in writing. The first three months are a commitment. That’s how long it takes to know it’s working. After that it’s month to month, and you can stop whenever you want. A new goal gets its own scope.
Both, and we’ll tell you which. Plenty of problems are solved by connecting programs you already pay for, and we won’t charge you to reinvent that. Some need something built from scratch: a dashboard, a customer portal, two programs that were never designed to talk to each other. We build those ourselves. You’re paying for the result, not the tools.
The people you meet on the first call. We started building together in college in 2019 and never stopped. Everyone who touches your build is hands-on technical. We take two clients at a time, on purpose. You get us, not a junior. We answer the phone. We build what fits your business, not what we built for the last one.
Some of it. The repetitive parts: weekly reports, chasing leads that never got a reply, first drafts, sorting out who to call next. Not the judgment, not the relationships, not knowing your customers. If you’ve already let the team go, we can rebuild the pieces that mattered as systems you own. If you’re thinking about it, talk to us first.
You own everything we build, once it’s paid for. It runs on your accounts, not ours. When you stop, we hand over the logins, a written playbook for each system, and a walkthrough so your own team can run it. If you’d rather not deal with it, we offer a monthly maintenance plan to keep it running and fix what breaks.
Last thing
Most businesses your size are paying people to do work a system should be doing. We find the most expensive one and put a number on it. If there is real money on the table, you will see it on the call. If there is not, we will say so. Either way you leave knowing exactly where your week goes.
